Refund policy

If you decide that your Vetwell Scientific product(s) aren’t for you, you can make a return at any time within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Simply get in touch with our customer care team at info@vetwellscientific.co.uk who will register your return.

We ask that you specify your reason for the return and keep your proof of postage, ensuring that all products are returned in their original packaging and condition.

Returns will be processed once we have received your product and payment will be refunded through to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for the return shipping fees. In the unlikely case of receiving a product with manufacturing defects, we will refund the shipping fee and send out a replacement product to the original purchase address.
